after i told sister su about my nasty abrasion, she got supplies and did the dressing for me...
she even took extra gave me and taught me how to take care of it..
i must confess, i can do dressing on others, but definately not on myside on my hind...
oh well..
hopefully, by God's grace, it' heal as soon as possible.
cause it's really troublesome, every time after i run, it comes out because of my perspiration!!!
damnit...

i was moving to the back of the boat today and ade forgot to keep her paddle...
so i tripped and hit my shin right against the seat.
=)
yes it was kinda painful... after i sat down, i looked at my shin, and i watch it swell..
it was kinda funny actually..
HAHA..

get it?

too much going on..
and i feel like sleeping instead!
crappy..

almost met with two accidents during my driving lesson just now..
still, i managed to break just in time..
but mr foo wasnt too please..
he was rather piss..
and i was rather hmm.. down?
cause on the second incident, we almost collided with a lorry...
oh well..
i need more practice and i need to remind myself not to speed...
=X


we were suppose to do rowing today, but the lightnings interval were too close and they were really SCARY..
so ST made the rest do statics..
Peg, CL and I had to do the weights programme yday cause we missed it..
power endurance, 3 sets, 30s, 40s, 50s.. then 2nd round of 2 sets, 30s, 40s...
the lactic acid that build up in my lats were killing me..
couldnt do the front thrust exercises properly at the end..

and we had lovely chocolate cake.

on a lower note, hairy jer met with an accident... he fell asleep while he was driving?!
and hit the lamp-post..
sigh..
thank God he only suffered superficial abrasions on his right arm...

and thankfully, i wasnt home...
otherwise he'll be like a baby when i apply the antiseptic solution...
but actually, MOST GUYS DO!
like earlier, jerad came home with a small one from a fall, i applied the antiseptic, he was like 'AH, AH, AH!'
and i dont even make a sound when i apply it on my abrasion.
i just bare the pain and curse inside my heart...
HAHA..

i was bored of staying at home, so i decided to do something to my hair, and it turns out to be a rip off and i look even more hideous now!!

i told him dark brown, it turned out to be SUPER LIGHT BROWN.
now i'm gonna be mistaken as a poser.

had been having gastric problems on and off..
but i dont seem to have the appetite to eat anything since yday..
talking about food, daddy has lost 7kg within 2 months i think.
and just now when he came back, i got a shock because the change was so drastic, i thought he was someone else...
and his eyes were swollen..
i just pray that The Lord will watch over him..
he's too stubborn to listen to anyone of us, even if i'm a nurse...

rented 'saw', 'saw 2' and 'underworld:evolution'
watched 'saw' and am going to watch 'underworld:evolution' now..

oh yes, i bought joss stone's introducing joss stone and amy winehouse's back to black today!!
and it so happens that they're both female UK singers... XD
they've both got different funky style that i'm attracted too...

i think it was kinda infected cause after i applied the tectram and took anarex, my fever went down...

last night's team was good at the same time fun.
haha..
though we had quite a number of cases throughout the night..
managed to grab 40 mins of sleep before heading down for trg in the morning..
but the sun hadn't been too merciful...

ST made us do something really silly today... after we rowed past esplanade towards boat quay, he made elise cosx towards the merlion and insisted that we rowed to where it was shooting water at!
i'm like -_-.. is the water clean?
haha..
i know, as if we were..
so reluctantly we rowed towards the merlion and managed to siam the water..
then HE SHOUTED AT US TO ROW BACK!
in the end we did, twice in fact and the tourists and bystanders where all laughing at us?
....
it was sort of fun but had to bail out the water in the end ANYWAY... -_-"

had dinner with D, mel, kyle, wawa, jo and JD at rice table.
haha.
D looks so much better now.. it's still a miracle!

i'm gonna have sore throat tmr..
my abrasion hurts like hell...
my body is aching like hell...
i think i'm having fever...
i'm just too tired to do anything now..
