my first mc day.

i'm feeling all weak and groggy due to the cough mixture..
hopefully i'll get well soon before the festive season kicks in.

my training regime has been trampled by this deadly sickness.

was feeling terrible the moment i woke up.
the throat was sore, body was aching terribly, and had slight fever.

thank god the panadol worked it's magic.

am at work now.
haha.
hopefully it'll be a good night.
