i skipped it for once.
have been lacking in sleep ever since i started shift.
it has been busy busy BUSY!
my first skin carotenoid score was 22,000.. and when i went for the second scan, it was 11,000.
sam was shocked. as in the jaw dropping kind of shock..
oh well.
time for bed.
