my calves are killing me now.. gosh
i wont be able to sleep tonight..
yay! kor's finally back tmr..
as much as i hate to say this..
i miss him loads...
i'll give him the strength he need to go through this..
shall be nice to him when he gets back!
but the only thing is.. i wont be home tmr..

all i want for christmas is you! on repeat mode (viv's blog)..
and i so love last christmas.. i listen to it even if it's not CHRISTMAS!
ha..
cant wait for tmr.. meeting diana, sher??, iris and qing! ha..
going swimming.. yes!! i finally can tan properly..
then we're gonna mess up qing's kitchen!!
just hope that we'll have a healthy dinner.. *grins*
gonna make some surprise visitings tmr too.. HA..

well... after i cleaned up and stuff..
i went to clean jer's room straight away..
yes.. vaccum, dust, arranged his bed, and i even clean his fan..
it's so strong now.. so can feel the wind..
then i went to wrap the secret stuff.. haha.. yes, the biscuits..
i self name them, frosty chocolate biscuits.. HA
yes.. today is JANICE'S BIRTHDAY...
brought her out.. wanted to catch a movie.. but couldnt cause of training...
anyway when we left cineleisure.. it just stopped raining..
i knew i was gonna fall? cause my slippers were wore off.. HA!
was grabbing on to janice really tightly.. yes.. slipped.. but didnt fall...
and i sort of hurt my knee... ...
wanted to get a new pair.. but didnt in the end.. went to taka...
bought her the handy pouches she wanted.. HA! i can steal some of them.. heh..
and yes the EVER GOOD CHOCOLATE CAKE, guanaja.. it's superb.. it's sold at the cake shop beside orange julius, at basement 1 of taka... the cake shop is called river smth.. haha..
oh yes... there's MAJOR SALE AT MANGO!! gosh.. it was chaotic..
and yes.. very much like a supermarket only worst.. have never seen girls and women like this before...
headed for training.. was fun... did 2 rounds of warm up which was super fast.. i'm sorry girls.. will control my pacing.. then 4 rounds of circuit.. hid and ting was super fast... cause they say that i was fast? haha..
did weights.. tried doing 5 kg for hammer curls.. YAY! i can do it.. heh.. but am having problems with shoulder press.. i hate it so much.. and yes, my biceps curls.. swing too much.. it's so sickening!! i need to self train more..
celebrated melv's bday at the track, he bought this huge fruit cake... then he was sabotaged with WATER BOMBS!! ha.. and yes.. i saw YOU kicking him.. meanie..

ha.. just wanna wish SOO LIM, TIFFANY, MELVIN, JANICE and DARYL!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!!!!

though they wont be reading this.. heh..

ran today in the morning with hid..
ran on lane 8.. ok.. how dumb can i get? i thought it was 400m too..
HA. ran 3 rounds only.. knee was hurting, was tired..
did chin-ups.. and it sink! gosh.. couldnt do it properly..
tried the grilled chicken turnover.. it was ok.. healthier i gues... with lettuce and TOMATOES!..
and hid didnt have lessons afterall.. all cancelled.. heh.
went home.. busy .................. it's a secret! shall be revealed tmr.. >_<

met reuben and dennis for dinner @ bishan.. had teppanyaki.. it was HOT and SPICY(all i can taste is.. black pepper and MORE BLACK PEPPER)... like the rice though.. haha..
think i'm gonna have sore throat.. am drowning myself with water..
there was a hmm.. show going on.. a santa telling story.. only that this santa was SCARY.. he was in his usual red hat and shirt.. but the thing is.. this guy.. he masked himself until his eyes cant be seen, wore black gloves, black pants.. and i thought i was seeing things..
gosh.
then we went to royal sporting house.. heh..
took a long time to decide what to get..

angela is pretty.. with her big eyes and all...
left, was insane, paranoid, confused...

had the sudden urge to neaten the toliet..
ha.. threw unwanted stuff.. and yes.. made space so that each one of us has a shelf to put our own tolietries..
beautify it? with the little tiles mummy and i bought last year for the president's start charity...
then wanted to pack my table.. it's always messy.. gosh.
and realised that i've lots of pics i've yet to put in the album..
so did that.. was fun..
and was going through the old pictures...
and boy was i fat! geez..
i knew i was.. but not like.. gosh!
it's just amazing how we can evlove into what we thought we couldnt be....
i'm thankful for what i am now..
mentally, physically...
yes.. and it's because of perseverance, my babes and the guys from db..
if i wasnt out to make you guys see that we girls can be as tough as you are..
i would've already been gone... and yes.. fat still..
there's this chinese saying i think.. there aren't ugly women.. there are lazy women..
